Not a problem, just send us an email with your details and order number and we can take care of the rest.

Can I choose my wood species for my order?

Most of our products come in the wood we have chosen as we have limited availability on certain types. However if you have something specific in mind then we recommend you get in contact with us and we will see what we can do.

Do you take custom orders?

We love to create bespoke pieces for our customers, so here a few things you need to know. We only have a small workshop based here in Devon, so we can create small unique pieces. We have a small selection of specific wood types so we can offer you what we currently have available with a a price. Depending on the season we can be extremely busy so the processing time may be longer for something bespoke, or we may have to say no to  custom orders during our peak busy period. 
The best thig to do is send us an email with your idea and we will let you know if its possible.

I'm not sure what wood I would like in my order, what can I do?

All our products come designed in the wood type we feel fits best. We do have limited availability of others species and where we can will offer alternative wood types. If you need guidance of matching up your décor to your order we will be happy to send over photos of suggested wood types. Send us an email to get in touch.
